We make every effort to send every order in time with high quality and in fact most of our orders are delivered successfully. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. That’s why we created this refund policy.
 
We are garantee delivery order within 24 hours and not more. As rule, it takes less time for delivery but for some orders we should apply delay.
 
The refund policy applies:
For PWI coins orders:
We haven’t delivered any of your coins order within the promised on our site time and you don’t agree with our compensation plan and issue refund to dispute dept.
        The amount refunded: Full refund.
 
We have delivered part of your order within the promised time and you wanna cancel the rest of your order.
        The amount refunded: Partial refund.

The refund policy doesn’t apply:
For all orders:
Failed to deliver due to the incorrect information such as wrong game server/realm or faction, and wrong character name which leads to a delay.
 
Refuse to provide further information due to Payment Authorization Failed reason.
 
The character name you provided contains unusual or special letters which make us unable to process an ingame mail, and we can’t contact you through other contact info.
 
How do I apply for a refund?
Please understand we do cherish your order but we'd rather respect your decision. To get a refund on any qualifying products or service purchased directly from GoldForgame.com, simply send us an email with your order number, order info and a sum of refund description to info@goldforgame.com, and we will promptly refund the balance of your order without calculating the deduction of bank transfer fees.
